TIME MANAGEMENT

Be in control of your time

TIME MANAGEMENT
Managing your time properly both as a leader and firm is essential to growing your business. From my discovery, time management plan if it will work and of course it will must be done in such a way that you designate one day for each essentials of your enterprise.
Monday – Administration
1.       Review and plan your schedule.
2.       Evaluate general goals and progress toward their accomplishment, necessary corrections and changes.
3.       Evaluate the effectiveness and progress toward your goals.
4.       Meet me with the Managing Director.
5.       Plan for the week (Designate each days of the week to settle whichever supplier).
6.       Review the performance of the employees and their relative relations – select notable workers for appreciation. (We also run trainings on “How You Can Win The Best Staff Award” – This calls for competition toward excellence among the employees).
Tuesday – The Product
1.       Evaluate your product.
2.       Evaluate the Products of your competitors, new innovations, etc.
3.       Discuss intensively with the Production Manager and the Quality Control Officer – This will help to decide if the firm is to introduce a new product or not.
Wednesday – Marketing
1.       Evaluate the sales for the week based on the report of the Fast food supervisor from the Daily Sales Analysis.
2.       Evaluate marketing strategy and advertising with the Marketing Managing. Running jingle on TVs or Radios, Magazines and Newspapers will be a good idea.
3.       Evaluate the Personal Selling attitude of the Service Assistance. Introduce customers’ suggestion box.
Thursday – Resources
1.       Review accounting reports from the Accounts Department such as Profit and Loss Account, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow projections, etc.
2.       Meet with Accountant and communicate with the bankers.
Friday – Timing
1.       Evaluate trends in products, markets and financing.
2.       Show appreciation to your customers by sending them customized sms. The sms will contain new products you have just introduced and the old one you have just repackaged. This will in great measure improve sales and good will before your customers.
